FAQs
1) Can I put any video in it?
YES. You may place any video you wish in your Video in Print Products, anywhere from 30 seconds all the way to eight hours (depending on video screen format).
2) Can I upload the video myself?
YES. You will be able to upload your files on your own.
3) Can I change the video later?
YES. If you need to change your message, you can always upload a new video.
4) Are the video in print products rechargeable?
YES. They only take a couple hours to recharge. The players typically stay charged up to 50+ hours with regular use. They maintain their charge much longer when in sleep/off mode.
5) Does the quote include shipping?
Domestic shipping is FREE. Please contact us for international shipping cost.
6) Can you ship it for us to our customers?
YES, for an extra fee.
7) Does each unit come in its own packaging to ship?
All video brochures can come in a brown box ready to ship for an additional fee.
8) Can I design the brochure, anyway I want, artwork, etc?
YES, as long as the artwork fits within our brochure artwork templates.
9) What format shall I submit you the artwork in?
We require print files to be submitted as print ready PDF or .AI file (please make sure to include bleed in final artwork files, and that all files are CMYK). We cannot accept InDesign or other program files…only Adobe Illustrator or PDF files.
10) Can I proof the file before final printing and manufacturing?
YES, we encourage this and need for you to sign off.
11) How long does it take to get it after I place the order?
Production on your Video Brochure will take approximately 3 business weeks.
12) What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 50 units. For single unit orders (video brochure, video greeting card, video box, video module, etc.) please contact us. We can sell you blank units without printing.
13) Can I place a much larger order, say 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 15,000, 25,000 units?
YES, and prices will go lower per unit. We can handle any quantity.
14) What about the lead time?
Stock sample can send out within 1 day, custom sample doing time is 2~3 days. 1~500pcs production time is 7~10 days, 500~1000pcs production time is 10~15 days. 1000~3000pcs production time is 15~20 days.
